No Crash strategy beats the house edge: the chance of reaching any multiplier is 99% divided by that multiplier, so every cash-out target returns 99% of the stake on average. What a strategy changes is how the session plays out, meaning how often you finish in profit and how often you go broke on the way. Below, six popular setups are tested over 10,000 simulated sessions each, and every one can be loaded into the simulator with one click.
Six Crash strategies tested over 10,000 sessions
Every session starts with a 100 USDT balance and a 1 USDT base bet with an automatic cash-out, using the standard crypto Crash rules: the chance of the multiplier reaching x is 99% divided by x.

10,000 sessions per strategy, 100 USDT starting balance, 1 USDT base bet, fixed random seed so the results can be reproduced. A session counts as broke when its balance can no longer cover the next bet. Load any strategy into the simulator from its section below.
Cash out at 2×
The baseline: 49.5% of rounds reach 2×. After 1,000 rounds 36.2% of sessions are in profit, 0.5% went broke, and the median session ends at 90 USDT, about 1% of the 1,000 USDT it put through the game.
Martingale at 2×
Double the bet after every crash, go back to 1 USDT after a cash-out. It wins most sessions early: 51.9% are up after 100 rounds. But 47.5% are already broke by then and 93.7% by 1,000 rounds, because six crashes in a row cost 63 USDT and leave no room for the seventh bet.
Cash out at 1.01×
Cashing out at 1.01× wins 98% of rounds, and 1.98% of all rounds crash instantly at 1.00×, before any cash-out is possible. Each win pays 1% of the bet and each loss costs all of it, so after 1,000 rounds the median session is at 89.80 USDT and only 0.5% of sessions are in profit.
1.5× with +200% on loss
Cash out at 1.5× and triple the bet after a loss, so the next win covers the loss and adds a little. It wins 66% of rounds and 50.7% of sessions are up after 100 of them. But four crashes in a row cost 40 USDT and call for an 81 USDT bet, and 48.8% of sessions went broke within 100 rounds, 95.0% within 1,000.
Cash out at 10×
One round in about ten reaches 10×. After 1,000 rounds 40.9% of sessions are in profit, one of the best rates in the test, but 32.0% ran out of balance along the way and the median session holds 80 USDT.
Cash out at 100×
A 0.99% chance per round at 100×. 36.8% of sessions had nothing left after just 100 rounds, and after 1,000 rounds 76.3% were broke with a median of 0 USDT. The other side: 20.7% finished in profit and the luckiest tenth ended at 400 USDT or more.
Is cashing out at 1.01× safe?
It is the most common “safe” Crash strategy and the one with the lowest chance of finishing ahead. The house edge takes 1% of every bet whatever the target, and at 1.01× the wins are too small to ever build a cushion: 80% of sessions finished 1,000 rounds between 83.7 and 95.9 USDT. Instant crashes at 1.00× also mean no target is ever risk-free.
How Crash odds work
The chance of reaching a multiplier is 99% divided by that multiplier, so every cash-out target returns 99% of the stake on average. What changes is how often you lose several rounds in a row:
| Cash-out at | Win chance | Chance the next 5 rounds all lose | Chance the next 10 rounds all lose |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.01× | 98.02% | <0.001% | <0.001% |
| 1.5× | 66.00% | 0.454% | 0.002% |
| 2× | 49.50% | 3.3% | 0.108% |
| 3× | 33.00% | 13.5% | 1.8% |
| 5× | 19.80% | 33.2% | 11.0% |
| 10× | 9.90% | 59.4% | 35.3% |
| 100× | 0.99% | 95.1% | 90.5% |
Crash autobet settings explained
Auto cash-out is the multiplier at which the bet is cashed out automatically. Number of bets sets how many rounds to play; On win and On loss reset the bet or increase it by a percentage; Stop on profit and Stop on loss end the session at a set result. Only stop on loss limits damage: a profit target changes where a session ends, not what it is worth on average.
Does this work on Stake Crash?
Yes. Stake’s Crash, like the Crash originals at most crypto casinos, gives a 99% ÷ x chance of reaching x, so the numbers above apply as they are. Casinos differ on minimum bets, maximum profit per round and whether bonus funds count on originals, so check those before playing a bonus through Crash.
Where to play crypto Crash
These casinos run their own Crash originals and accept crypto deposits. Check the bonus terms first: some welcome bonuses exclude originals from wagering.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Crash strategy?
No cash-out target has a positive expected return. Flat bets at 2× keep the chance of going broke near zero at small stakes; higher targets such as 10× give more sessions a chance to finish ahead at the cost of long losing runs; Martingale and loss-recovery systems win often and lose everything eventually.
What is the safest cash-out in Crash?
Low targets swing the least, but they are not safer in the sense of losing less: every target loses 1% of the amount wagered on average, and low targets make finishing ahead the least likely.
Can you predict when Crash will crash?
No. Crash points come from a pre-generated chain of hashes that is only revealed after each round, so past results say nothing about the next one. Crash predictor apps and bots are scams.
How often does Crash bust at 1.00×?
About 1.98% of rounds, roughly one in 50, end at 1.00× before any cash-out can trigger.
Does the simulator use real odds?
It uses the standard crypto Crash rules, a 99% ÷ x chance of reaching x, which is a 1% house edge. Individual casinos can differ, so check the game info before relying on a number.
